Les Fermes de la Delege C + D
We bought in August, 2011 two new plots of land on the municipality of Lens to realize
two new individual prestigious chalets.
The first one will have a surface about 900m2 on 2830m2 of ground.
The second will have a surface about 750m2 on 2500m2 of ground.
The works shall begin in May 2012 for deliveries keys in hand at the end of November 2013.

The construction of the chalet A must be ended by December 15th, 2011 and
that of the chalet B by December 15th, 2013.
